I had never touched a bike until I took the BRC and I saw a 2010 XL883L on thus dealers site. I live in Fountain but made the 2 hour drive here and it was well worth it. Dave and Kim were superb to work with. They answered all my questions and I never felt pressured to buy extras. The sales staff were very patient with me in selecting the proper helmet and gear. The bike I purchased was immaculate. I wasn't comfortable riding the bike home having to go through 2 major cities with almost no experience so the service manager actually helped me load the bike on a trailer and showed me the proper way to secure it. About a week after my purchase I got a call from Kim telling me they looked at my contract again and saw my interest rate could go 1% lower. So they mailed me a new contract. It only saved me $3 a month but the fact they did this speaks volumes about the staff's integrity. I was nervous going in that since I did not know much about motorcycles that they would try to take advantage of me (as dealers do) but it was the complete opposite. High Country definitely set the bar very high. Keep up the great work guys and know that I am definitely a loyal customer.

Just bought my FIRST bike and was not sure in the beginning what I should start with. Other dealers tried to put me on a big machine but I didn't feel comfortable. The folks at High Country made sure I was on the right bike by having me try several. Dave and Lee both took a personal interest in this process and made me feel I was doing the right thing. In the end I bought a smaller XL1200 and feel it will allow me to gain experience to move to a bigger one later. Thanks also to the ladies that helped me get the right helmet and accessories. Just bought a 2013 FLTRU from Lee and Dave. This is my 2nd new m/c from High Country. These guys are great or I wouldn`t keep coming back! The parts guys take good care of you. The best part of High Country is the service department, the mechanics are the best that I have ever found. Thanks to everybody at MY dealership!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 2012 ultra classic CVO. This long over due!!! Kim sold me the bike and I will be back. I was treated like royalty. Thank you so much guys. Kim rocks and should be in management. She knows how to treat people. Thanks for the wonderful experience. I now have a relationship with a dealer.

Brought my 2008 1200XLR in for service. The rocker cover gaskets were starting to leak. The repair was done in two days. I was not able to tell they were ever leaking. When I went to pick up the bike, I was expecting to ride home and clean her up from the oil leak. Not the case. The service department had her looking like she just came off the showroom. Awsome job guys! I'll be back.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!! ... I want to encourage you to keep teaching all the ladies out there that ride how to pick up their bike when/if it falls over or gets laid down. Its a skill that you hope they will never need to use but priceless to have!
